A career in Information Technology, with Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop our Assurance Next-Gen system which will enable our people to work more innovatively and efficiently and deliver the highest levels of services to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of Assurance technology and innovation within PwC, collaborating with Global teams on software developments and project delivery.




Job Description and Responsibilities:


As delivery lead, you will collaborate with the local and global development and technology teams to design and implement the Assurance Next-Gen system.


? Responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery performance of the Assurance Next-Gen system program with high quality, user satisfaction and financial objectives;
? Provide supervision and guidance to both onshore and offshore teams to achieve the delivery targets;
? Proactively analyze, identify, prioritize, and mitigate delivery risks of overall program and specific solutions;
? Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and develop the cost-effective solutions;
? Provide management update to stakeholders on project delivery timeline and benchmark;
? Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.




Requirements:


? A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technology related studies;
? 10+ years of Program Management (PMO) and Project Management experience;
? Solid experience on Agile methodology with DevOps, Jira, Scrum toolsets;
? Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
? Strong delivery management with offshore delivery model and third-party vendors;
? Proven successful track record of large and complex software projects in .Net/C#/Microservices;
? Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive solutions for complex business requirements;
? Agile and project management certifications would be an advantage;
? Group facilitation and presentation skills;
? Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
