Job Summary / Purpose
The IT Associate Project Manager is part of the IT team, will handle project and be responsible for business requirements analysis, vendor solution evaluation, security and risk assessment, test validation and documentation in IT relevant business projects.

Responsibilities
? Under the leadership of Senior Project manager/Project manager, leading both national and international projects with multiple stakeholders including representatives from e.g. Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Marketing, Distribution and Sales
? Have end-to-end execution ownership of the IT scope, processes and other initiatives aligned with the Coloplast strategy in the specific projects
? Regularly support to Cross-border transfer evaluation and government application based on GDPR and PIPL
? Being coordinator to support ISO27001 certificate and CN grade of cybersecurity protection application and renewal
? By own initiative continuously improve on existing IT solutions, already executed projects


Job Qualifications and competences
? Master/Bachelor’s degree
? Thorough, strong and at least 2-3 years of proven IT Project Management experience in large organisations
? Proven experience with a wide range of IT projects within e.g. digital apps，Supply Chain, R&D and Sales
? Good interaction with cross-functional stakeholders
? Has a consultancy mind-set
? Is a team player
? Has a structured approach to the work and the ability to handle many things at the same time
? Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English
? Focuses on quality in deliverables
