Job Summary / Purpose:

 

• To assist training manager in achieving training goals, focus on in store training program, staff service training in order to improve customer experience

• Implement training strategies to ensure excellent execution and maximum post-training impact

   

  Training Needs Identification

   

• To assist training manager in preparing yearly training plan based on training needs survey, market reviews and regional / HQ strategies

• Monitor and control area training budget on a regular basis

   

  Training Program Delivery

   

• In charge of area training program preparation, including translation, material printing and logistics

• Deliver retail customer service training program

• Coordinate supervisory skills training for store staff

• Oversee Induction and product knowledge training program

   

  Store Training Activities Observation

   

• Work closely with Store-in-charge in implementing training activities in store

• Attend store training activities frequently to ensure the effectiveness

• Groom store trainers pool and provide coaching to enhance their training skills

   

  Customer Shopping Experience Improvement

   

• Responsible for Grooming guidelines of store staff

• Coordinate Mystery Shopping Program and Perspective Shoppers

   

   

  Requirements

   

• At least 2 years working experiences in training function.

• Preferred sales experience in Fashion Retail Business

• Has a good understanding of the business operations

• Proficient in English and Mandarin

• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to be persuasive, articulate and assertive, to deliver training with passion.

• Excellent time-management skills

• Detail-  and result- oriented

• Easy-going and team spirit

• Willingness to travel frequently.
