CO Director (Snr/Assoc)

Position description:

To work as site liaison between site and company, establishing and maintaining relationship with study sites. Be accountable for building up the relationship with the key sites, streamline the site process to speed up Site Start Up, SIV, Patient Recruitment, DBL, Site Close Out, etc.

Responsibilities:

l   Coordinate the team to build up the strategic collaboration with key sites, to ensure good long-term relationship with study sites.

l   Streamline the working processes and improve the efficiency of work at site level.

l   Regularly maintain and engage site network.

l   Work together with internal team, liaise with the key stakeholders, collect and update site information timely.

l   Support and cooperate with study team on the strategy for optimizing the resource allocation of clinical trials and improving the process at site level such as site start up, SIV, patient recruitment, DBL, inspection readiness, etc.

l   Work with cross functions to support clinical operations on specific issue resolution.

l   Perform the tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

l   A 4-year BS (Bachelor of Science) degree or equivalence experience. Advanced degree is a plus.

l   5-years experiences in clinical research environment is preferred

l   1-year experience in site relationship role is preferred.

l   Excellent professional, organizational and interpersonal skills.

l   High problem-solving ability
