Responsibility

    

1, Responsible for testing parts, tools and equipment temporary import customs clearance    

    

Responsible for all testing parts, tools and equipment export    

    

Documentation for all import and export cases according to audit requirement    

    

2, Import and export policy investigation and implantation in business      

    

3, Current Import and export process refine according to audit and internal control policy in general      

    

Adjust routine process according to business requirement        

    

4, Customs clearance data base establishment    

    

IT system management according to Customs AA category requirement    

    

5, External communication with Customs/CIQ/related authorities    

    

Responsible for onsite check of Customs/CIQ    

    

6, Logistics cost efficiency and quarterly cost analysis &report                                   

    

    

Qualification

    

 1 Fluent English speaking    

    

 2 Foreign company working experience 2-3 years, customs clearance experience 2-3 years     

    

 3  Good communication skills  with Customs /CIQ/ related authorities   

    

 4 Good at process development and project management      

    

5  Good at cost analysis and control     

    

6  Basic knowledge on vehicle parts and able to read drawings
