? Communicate with responsible foreign expert to discuss or solve relevant problem, coordinate with R&D in Europe.  

? Support supplier to complete product development, coordinate between different departments  

? Check drawings provided by suppliers and give proposal  

 ? Work together with cross-functional departments, e.g. procurement, SQE, production and logistics 

? Standards interpretation, norms relevant material preparation 

? Support vehicle assembly and give optimizing proposal 

? Support pilot runs, tryouts and series productions at the production plant 

? Occasionally long term business trip and solve problem during this period independently

任职资格：

Education:  University degree in mechanical, automotive or electrical engineering 

Experience: Graduates with first experience in automotive industry as well as applicants with minimum 3 years work experience at OEMs or suppliers 

Specific Knowledge: 

• Chinese native speaker with advance English language skills 
• Computer skills mandatory, including Windows, Office 

• Can read and understand circuit diagram including pneumatic system/braking system, E&E component and entire vehicle 
• Self-responsible working attitude and initiative 
• Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels Strong planning and organizational skills
