Summary
will be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates through various innovative sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms and telling our story. Speed is key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process. Our recruiters are respected by business partners, and being able to influence and function as an expert advisor in this role is critical.
Responsibilities:

? Call, recruit, and source for all assigned positions both full-time and contracts

Requirements:
? At least 3 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate recruitment environment (both are ideal)

? BS degree or equivalent years of work experience
本科或同等工作经验
? Proficiency in the English language (both verbal and written) is preferred
精通英语(口头和书面)优先考虑,,英文邮件就可以
? Recruiters with recruitment experience in the Manufacturing sector/Call center will be an added advantage.
