- Daily communication with vendors to handle inquiry

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

-Team work spirits

-Contact vendor to obtain required shipping details

-Prepare House billing of Lading, FCR

-Release HBL,FCR to vendor when all requirement have been met

-Prepare and submit OB/L material to ocean carriers

-Input data and transmit pre-alert to overseas office

-Issue the invoices billing & prepare the payment request

-Follow ISO equirement

-Customer service sense

-Working under pressure
