? Contribute to the development of Centre media sales planning and forecasting, in conjunction with Global, National and Local Sales team.

? Negotiates new deals, renewals and amendments. Manages the deal flow process with prospective partners, centre operations and other relevant functions.
? Secure media vitality and attractive changes in good quality and branding image to follow company guidelines before/after operation, Upgrade media facilities according to latest trend and tenants’ needs.
? Manage agency and partner relationships to develop new cooperation and further cooperation.
? Conduct market study and bring in new attractive brands and Additional Income advertisement to increase Centre visitation and improve customer experience.
? Communicate with marketing to arrange marketing media location and publishing.
? Do Routine media facilities checking and coordinate supplier, Real Estate if media facility needs to be fixed to guarantee facility in good condition.
? Review and manage tenants/agencies’ planning/operation.
? Ensure tenant payment on time and solve any problems if needed.
? Support tenants to get related business permits if required.

Knowledge

? Strong sales and negotiation knowledge.

? Better 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, media, advertisement or leasing.

? Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to details.

? Strong communication skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

? Creative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issues

? Good sales and negotiation skills with a flair for being creative; able to engage with entrepreneurs, small business operators and national retailers

? Ability to deal with multiple projects and tasks effectively and establish priorities

? Self-motivated, and proactive individual with a positive attitude

? Self-directed, and self-confident individual with achievement and sales oriented

? Good interpersonal, organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.

? Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.)

Education

? Bachelor's Degree is required with a major in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or Leasing strongly preferred
