公司地点：北京市顺义区仁和镇林河北大街1(科技创新功能区)

Responsibilities：
1. Provide hardware/software support services to onsite employees.
2. Perform workstation hardware lifecycle replacements.
3. Follow established processes to properly handle asset management during workstation lifecycle.
4. Support overall InfoSec policies to ensure all workstations are up to date with proper security prevention applications.
5. Assist with onboarding of new hires including initial workstation setup and initial IT orientation.
6. Break/fix activities on workstations, printers, mobility, and associated peripherals.
7. Provide onsite guidance and support to Senior Executive population (white glove support).
8. Under the guidance of IT service owners, participate in identifying, troubleshooting, and repair of all IT site infrastructure.

Requirements：
1. 3-5 years supporting IT end users in a large enterprise environment
2. Superb customer service skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
5. Detail oriented and self-motivating.
6. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
7. Familiarity with supporting Macintosh computers.
8. Knowledge of mobility products, as well as audio visual technologies helpful.
9. Experience with networking technologies in a large enterprise.
10. Familiarity with best practice security processes and toolsets.
11. Experience with IT Service ticketing system -- preferably ServiceNow.
