RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Material purchasing, delivery and logistics tracking

2.Customs clearance documentation and VAT reporting

Shipping assistance

Regular indicator or track shall include:

（1）Weekly track of inventory and shortfall status

（2）Weekly report of limit PO status

（3）Weekly report of customs clearance and VAT status

（4）Monthly track of IDD financial data

3.Tracking IDD inventory status(inventory, procurement, shipping, clearance, etc) and proactive, autonomous action/resolution.

4.Timely Escalation for special cases

QUALIFICATIONS：

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.At least 1 year working experience in related position;

3.Proficiency in written and spoken English;

4.Excellent at Excel and data analysis;

5.Basic understanding of PRC Tax system;

6.self-motivated; Good communication skills; Detail-focused.
