Marketing Operations Specialist（预算管理）

Responsibilities：

1. Manage BMS for partner funds & Net fund to support global marketing initiatives (Alliance Management & Finance).

2. Work collaboratively with internal teams (segment product marketing teams & centralized digital marketing team) as well as finance team on the project plans and track the money flow.

3. Submit/ Upload the project plans into Lenovo tools

4. Ensure timely delivery and efficient management of processes/ tracking.

5. Admin support for Marketing operation.

Understanding of marketing & Operations:

1. Be sensitive to the numbers/ data.

2. Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.

3. Strong overall communication, coordination and project management skills.

4. High proficiency in MS Excel.

5. Knowledge of marketing is an advantage.

10. Innovative – ability to come up with new solutions

11. Must Have: 3-5 years of work experience.

12. Must Have: Bachelor and/or graduate degree in a marketing or operation discipline.
