Position Overview：
1. To be responsible for marketing strategies setting and related activity plan and executive of patient care portfolio.
2. Contribute to the readiness and success of the product launch, distribution and sales channels.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the market needs and share information with colleagues, channel partners and global product portfolio owners.
4. Manage the day-to-day requirements for the patient care portfolio.
5. Support the field organization in regards to assisting with product demonstrations, support development of product training, and develop internal communications to keep team members updated on product-related changes or enhancements.
6. Identify and monitor customer and partner issues related to the product portfolio.

Position Holder is Accountable For:
1. Development of marketing strategies and related activity including advertising, promotion, campaign, social, and events to meet organizational objectives for the patient care product portfolio.
2. Provide product support and training to the internal and external field organization.
3. Develop product/market training material for new products and support training delivery where necessary.
4. Prepare and execute regional product launch virtual and off-line campaigns to deliver to internal and external stakeholders.
5. To initiate digital marketing campaigns to promote patient care portfolios.

Required Qualifications:
1. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master/bachelor’s degree in pharma/medical device industry.
2. Significant experience in the product management and at least to have 3+ years as a brand owner, new product. launch experiences preferred.
3. Excellent communication English skills with both oral and written.
4. Strong ability to lead and manage programs and projects.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to analyze and resolve problems.
6. Ability to develop and maintain skills with KOLs.
