RESPONSBILITIES：

? Use data sources to inform stakeholders and manage suppliers: activity levels, spend, issue logs. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and management of reports
? Leverage and integrate resources to achieve synergy benefits
? Initiate innovative solutions to contribute customer coverage and digital transformation
? Deep dive meeting insights to boost business development
? Takes global processes and adapts/implements locally
? Ensures compliance processes and global policies are followed at the local market level
? Shares and implements best practices
? Provide hybrid meeting solution for the client

2 - Category Sourcing Operation:

? Support CSMs in the development and management of the category plans and contribute cost savings for assigned categories: including but not limited to provide data analysis and specific knowledge to aid CSM in category strategy development.
? Support CSMs in develop & implement procurement plans at the regional level as well as for market: including but not limited to：coordinate, distribute and collect all relevant information and feedbacks from market.
? Be able to work independently for the assigned projects: including but not limited to: bidding, cost negotiation, contract negotiation and contract management.
? Explore market intelligence to support the development of sourcing strategies and contribute to market category strategies.
? Be able to identify ways of improving the Procurement processes, tools, policies and procedures, to drive efficiency and proactive engagement in opportunities.
? Deliver the operational requirements related to assigned categories to ensure the business needs are satisfied
? Apply appropriate strategic sourcing elements and associated tools for all projects and educated cross-teams in best practice.

3 - Supplier Relationship Management:
? Manage supplier relationships across assigned categories and ensure appropriate risk management is undertaken.
? Implement plans for evaluating and measuring supplier performance of strategic suppliers through the established Supplier Relationship Management process.
? Identify and achieve ongoing cost savings opportunities within supplier contracts and operational processes.
? Mediate to resolve service - related issues with internal and external stakeholders.

4 – Data management
? Manipulate the quarterly spend, saving/working capital report
? Be able to analyze data and interpret data insights in supporting the team or CSMs in opportunity assessment.

REQUIREMENTS：

硕士以上学历优先；
有药企背景、项目管理经验优先；
1-3年工作经验；
英文可以流利沟通
