岗位职责：
1. Plan and execute projects in alignment with overall Microsoft digital/event projects.
2. Develop, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns against key metrics including but not limit to new known leads, marketing engagement index, lead conversion etc.
3. Drive or support marketing initiatives through omnichannel strategy approach.
4. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage execution of campaigns and projects. Participate in cross function team.
5. Drive projects in close collaboration with agencies, internal and external stakeholders.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business, or other related fields.
2. At least 3-year work experience in marketing/PR or related field.
3. Experience in agency management is preferred - content/media/creative.
4. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Passion & familiarity with high technical industry and B2B marketing.
8. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
