岗位职责：
1. Analyze customers’ Dynamics CRM problems and develop solutions to meet their needs.
2. Take responsibility to see that technical issues are resolved, which will involve problem solving, debugging, troubleshooting, correcting code.
3. Communicate technically complex information with Microsoft Global Cross team, including developer, partner, account, Field and customers via email, telephone, and electronic services.
4. Continually learn technologies, develop deep expertise in software development, and cloud related tech.
5. Opportunity to specialize in all Microsoft technology in SAAS mode including: HA, Azure, Azure Database, Storage, .NET core, ASP.NET, WebServer, java/tomcat, PowerShell, cache, service bus as well as all strong Debugging skill, etc.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in computing science or an IT-related field
Microsoft certification preferred (MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD)
2. Field knowledge in Dynamics CRM or other CRM system is desirable
3. Exhibit analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skill s in order to assist customer with their technical issue.
4. Demonstrate strong customer service attributes.
5. Proven experience managing and maintaining one or more Microsoft server technologies, such as SQL Server, Exchange Server, IIS, Windows Server, etc.
6. Past experience of Support Professional in IT field or IT Technical Consultant is preferable.
7. Are fluent in English（Note: Understanding customers without effort verbally or in writing; fluent English speaker; smooth verbal/writing communication without making major grammatical errors; understanding basic cultural differences and avoid misinterpretation）
