职位描述
岗位职责:
1.Accept and appropriately resolve customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with the Microsoft Terms & Conditions and contractual agreements.
2.Demonstrate strong communication skills ensuring that verbal and written responses are relevant, complete and easily understood when communicating with internal team members, partners and customers.
3.Use sound judgment in the management, escalation and resolution of support cases.
4.Maintain high level of domain and technical skill in Microsoft CRM.
5.Meet SLA’s in accordance with our regional targets.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor's degree in computing science or an IT-related field
Microsoft certification preferred (MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD)
Field knowledge in Dynamics CRM or other CRM system is desirable
2.Exhibit analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skill s in order to assist customer with their technical issue.
3.Demonstrate strong customer service attributes.
4.Proven experience managing and maintaining one or more Microsoft server technologies, such as SQL Server, Exchange Server, IIS, Windows Server, etc.
5.Past experience of Support Professional in IT field or IT Technical Consultant is preferable.
6.Are fluent in English(Note: Understanding customers without effort verbally or in writing; fluent Korean speaker; smooth verbal/writing communication without making major grammatical errors; understanding basic cultural differences and avoid misinterpretation)
