 ? Design overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy. 
 ? Deliver technical design for the solution to be developed. Ensure design and architecture is of high quality 
 ? Achieving necessary design and systems security standards. Ensure developments, enhancements and project outcomes best leverage existing system investment and manage cost of ownership going forward. 
 ? Prepare detailed analyses, plans, diagrams and procedures within a technical design document for existing and proposed applications and system integration. 
 ? Analyze requirement thoroughly in terms of scalability, extensibility, complexity and business need. 
 ? Study different architectures and design appropriate architecture considering system specifications
 ? Review development work periodically and ensure it is going as per architecture and standards. Help team in implementation of complex functionality 
 ? Work with User interaction design team and make sure product is meeting all set standards
 ? Work closely with all stakeholders including End-Users, Project Managers, Directors, Software Engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects
 ? Mentor the Software Engineering team, provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to members of software engineering team. 
 Qualifications 
 ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 
 ? 3+ years' work experience as a software architect – plus
 ? Solid work experience as technical lead role in a team 
 ? 5+ year experience with software engineering
 ? Applied at least one of formal Architecture developing methods (Enterprise Architecture, UML/ RUP, etc)
 ? Solid knowledge and experience in Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD), UML and Design Patterns
 ? Experience of service-oriented architecture design concepts
 ? Experience in enterprise platforms (for example：J2EE, JBoss AS, JBoss Fuse, Camel, Service Mix, Spring Framework, or .Net platform) 
 ? Thorough knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL
 ? Good knowledge on latest trends and technology on .Net or java platform
 ? Experience in enterprise integration technologies and tools 
 ? Knowledge of cyber security and controls 

 ? Good knowledge of network technologies and standards (HTML5, AJAX, CSS, XML, etc) 
 ? Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment leading and mentoring associates
 ? Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
