The IT Service Delivery Manager role responsible for enterprise applications support by leading a product support team and external vendors, which also deliver the high-quality service to enterprise application owners and end users with best-in-class user experience, and ensure service support with SOP and Service delivery project timeline management.

    

This position is also a stakeholder facing role and, requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT peers to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

    

    

Responsibilities:

    

l   Minimum 10 Years’ experience working with a service provider as SDM/Ops manager

    

l   Minimum 5 Years’ Life Science and Health Care vertical experience. CRO experience preferred.

    

l   Good experience in Enterprise Applications such as CTMS/eTMF/ERP/CRM/BPM  

    

l   Collect business requirement on digital service/application implementation, define business IT strategy for the applications and technologies, manage budget and internal/external resources and achieve goals.

    

l   Manage projects, participate in the key milestone of the projects, identify projects risks and define actions plans to react.

    

l   Strong communication (verbal and written) and organization skills. Ability to run meetings, delegate tasks, and manage progress with team members and collaborators.

    

l   Manage, coordinate and develop teams to explore new technology for driving business growth.

    

    

Mandatory Qualifications:

    

l   PMP and ITIL certified.

    

l   Fluent English Communication (verbal/writing) Skill.

    

l   Drafting SOP and Document Management

    

    

Preferred Qualifications:

    

l   Strong skills and experience for manage project of major enterprise applications.

    

l   Agile and Scrum certificates.

    

l   Expert knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform, VB, R, SAS and Python.

    

l   Experience of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part. 11, CSV, GDPR and China life science/information security related regulations.

    

l   Experience of AWS/Microsoft Cloud Solutions.

    

l   Experience of Digital Transformation.
