【工单响应】：各工区值班号、业务群、工单自助等端口的报修响应、处理跟踪反馈，闭环管理。录入各端口反馈的报修工单，跟进处理中的工单进展至闭环。

    

    

 2. 【资料管理】：各工区电子版资料（空间、资产、周报、会议纪要等）存入共享云盘；

    

    

 3.【资产管理】：每周资产变动数据收集、整理、报告呈现，协助各职场资产核对，与资产组沟通并为其建立有效准确台账收集信息，资产标识粘贴，使其对应于资产台账信息，资产调拨发起至闭环；

    

    

 4.【项目日常采购管理】：劳保用品、防护用品等前期采购报价比价、下订单、收货及分发至闭环。
