此岗位为短期岗位，因原同事休产假，故招聘10个月临时人事财务助理，在无锡总公司的指导下完成分厂的日常行政人事事务性工作；
1、 协助处理行政人事基本工作；
2、出纳日常工作；
3、审核日常报销凭证和付款凭证 ；
4、客户对账开票及跟踪货款收款情况 ；
5、审核供应商发票并入账及时支付货款 ；
6、按总公司结账进程结账；
7、申报各项税费等。
