The job holder needs to have well understanding on audio & video technology and product development/manufacturing process, technically responsible and lead a team of engineers for the product creation and provides technical support on Electrical function, translates commercial requirement to technical product specification, cooperates with suppliers for component/platform selection and ensures the product deliverables with the agreed quality to achieve the business target.

Duties
· Responsible for the creation of product architecture, module design, integration of hardware and software. Overall responsible for electrical development on project execution.
· Lead a team of engineers to implement Electrical design with outsourcing development (ODM-Assist) model, ensure products meet product specification, quality, cost and time target according to the development plan.
· Define, review and approve the hardware specification in line with quality standard and determines the required hardware validation plan for product release, together with software experts and quality experts.
· Identify competency gaps of the team and improvement actions, plan and organize training/improvement activities with coaching, to achieve a high level of competences.
· Responsible for improving and updating the required knowledge, provide guidance and coaching for competence/process improvement.
· Assist Line manager / Development manager to develop a team with a proper management, engagement, performance review and recruitment to align with the department strategy.

Requirements:
· Education – Bachelor degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
· Work Experience - at least 8 years above solid work experience on audio/video electronics products; Home A/V system, portable multimedia product and wireless Wi-Fi/Bluetooth AV streaming product. Prefer to have experience on project management.
· Competencies: Open, proactive and commitment to deliver. Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
· Fluent in English and Chinese.
