Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop, implement strategic sourcing plans for the product portfolio at the lowest total cost to meeting defined business case to achieve the total sales target
Utilize current supplier base , design resource/ engineering etc to source / co-develop right product from supplier market to meet the China business gap
Leverage internal purchasing & external supplier resources to deliver smart sourcing models base on local china market needs , and supporting for the team target
Implementation for Proco and proco sample collection
Prepare business case for project confirmation & support towards NPI project development
Necessary VE study in the beginning of business case study, for bench marking spec & business case with competitor

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline is preferred
2. Experience: 5-10 years work experience
3. Functional Requirements: At least 5 yrs in sourcing field, experience in Finishing goods sourcing or lighting related products is preferred.
4. Personal Competencies:

I. Strategic supplier management sense.
II. Good knowledge about material and product costing

III. Good communication and logical thinking, good negotiation skills

IV. Good English skills in speaking and writing.
