Roles and Responsibilities:

？         Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

？         Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

？         Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a medium scale project and  scope

？         Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

？         Effectively apply suitable methodology and enforce project standards

？         Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

？         Minimize the exposure and risk on project

？         Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

？         Track and report team hours and expenses on an aligned basis

？         Manage project budget by analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

？         Understand the pricing model and billing procedures

？         Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization

？         Contribute to identify business development

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years IT working experience, at least 4 years in project management or 2 years of supervisory experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of Project Finance e.g. OpEx, CapEx, Amortization, benefit, KPIs etc
• Proficiency on using a project management toolkit to manage resources, budget, change process and incident
• Good command of English both in oral and written
• Effective communication and interview skills
• Good presentation skill
• Project management skill
• Problem solving skill
