Scope:

• digital content management(visual & social) in EC channel, focus on Tmall/JD/OS
• Track & optimize the performance of content assets by measure tolls in ali system(metrics includes CTR, Page Stay Time, consumers engagement, the frequency of page view)

Key responsibilities:

• under the consumer-centric marketing model, to build EC digital communications calendar with leveraging brand assets in visual & social channels.
• be responsible for visual management in the online store to ensure that the digital contents created by design agencies are consistent with the marketing leading concept and well display under the brand's guidance.
• build a clear roadmap and continuous content seeding to bridge consumers from social channels to EC platform to drive the targeted traffic and improve the engagement with brand followers.
• create high quality and innovative interaction, including ISV upgrading, short video, live stream to support the big marketing campaign successfully launching in EC channel.

Job requirements:

• expertise in visual & beauty sense
• strong capability in agency management and internal cross-function communications
• has at least 1 years of solid with working experience in digital marketing
