Responsibilities:
- Support in the administration of Server, Storage, Network and Data Center environment in the Chongqing location including on-site co-ordination and alignment with regional / global teams and service providers.
- Provide 2nd level IT support to all colleagues based in the Chongqing location.
- Support in the management of IT service for the Chongqing location.
- Provide 1st level network administration in the Chongqing location, support regional LAN team network operation.
- Support in the digitalization projects in the Chongqing location.
- Assist / manage in the conception and delivery of location specific IT projects and solutions.
- Support in the asset management in the Chongqing location.
- Assist in the promotes and review of information security in the location.
- Provide business consulting and projects for local business to optimize the business processes.

Requirements:
- Several years experience in the field of end user / client support.
- Several years experience in the field of Data Center and Server administration.
- Experience in working in a Microsoft environment (Active directory / Windows 2012/2016 Server).
- Networking knowledge, knowledge of Cisco hardware and QIP preferred
- Experience in ITIL and IT service delivery.
- Experience in HPSM as 1st / 2nd level support.
- Experience in administrating VMware
- Experience in administrating NetApp storage is a plus
- Experience in administrating Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) is a plus
- Experience in DevOps or RPA tools, Power BI is a plus
- Clear and open communication style, intercultural competence.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
