Key Challenges:
1, Deep understanding of LED industry/knowledge in Guangdong, Sichuan, Chongqing Provinces.
2, Independent, Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and communicate well to the senior level of the customers.
3, Strong management skills of distributors and accounts management.
Your responsibilities
1, Responsible to the sales revenue realization in illumination market of Guangdong, Sichuan, Chongqing Provinces.
2, Identify and follow through on new/existing sales opportunities/customers.
3, Manage and drive the distributors to realize the sales target.
4, Prompt feedback of market/customer/competitions information.
5, On time delivery of revenue planning, monthly sales forecast, account plan development and maintenance, weekly and monthly reports
Your team
This position is base in Guangzhou, reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager located in Hong Kong, with China Country Manager one level above. He/She is the only representative from Lumileds located in Guangzhou, but close working relationship with his/her supervisor, Technical Solution Manager currently located in Guangzhou, and Sales Development Manager in San Jose.
Other co-works are Regional Marketing Manager/Marketing Communication Manager/CPAT Leader and Customer Service Representative in Shanghai.
Outside Philips, he/she has to work with Philips Lumileds Distributors and the Purchasing / R&D / Senior Management of customers.

- Degree holder or above in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years sales experiences in LED / Semiconductor products
- Experience on managing distributor on LED / Semiconductor field is prefer
- Good Knowledge in Guangdong, Sichuan, Chongqing LED market & customers
- Proven sales achievement
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Independent, Self-initiative and dedicated team member
- Fast response to customers need with detailed considerations
- Excellent communication / presentation / interpersonal skills
- Aggressive and succeeded in developing new customers
