负责公司民用类地材产品的线上销售、日常运营及渠道开发；

制定并实施电商项目的整体规划，基于线上营销需求做好与其它部门的协作沟通，推动公司整体目标的达成；

负责天猫平台电商业务的运营及管理；

开发及搭建微信、京东、抖音、小红书等线上电商平台；

根据平台属性，策划并落地图文或视频类营销转化内容；

执行抖音、天猫直播并指导经销商开展直播等各项电商活动；

根据产品的销售、服务需求，协助开发线上、线下合作渠道；

其他上级安排的工作。

任职要求：

三年以上数字营销工作经验，有淘宝直播、抖音直播等相关经验者优先；

拥有天猫、京东、自营电商平台等至少1个电商业务独立执行经验；

有家装建材类产品的线上推广或电商管理经验优先；

有较强的市场挖掘、分析能力，执行力强；

抗压力强，适应电商运营的工作节奏；

具备一定管理能力，善于跨部门沟通；
