服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Purchases assigned items and executes buying strategies in accordance with agreed upon material buying plans at the optimum cost. 

Analyzes sourcing information and presents findings for process improvement while maintaining high quality product and/or service delivery.

Procures inventory, supplies, and capital goods; places purchase orders with vendors. 

Prepares and presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to senior purchasing leaders. Consistently applies sourcing policies, procedures and processes. 

Collects/validates relevant supplier score card data. Provides delivery/expediting support to the plant/site during supplier issues. 

Supports management and execution of engineering releases.

Supplier Contract Management - Assesses and enforces contractual terms and conditions; monitors key performance indicators throughout the term of the contract to ensure we reach the intended value of the contract; manages supplier delivery of product to requirements. 

Supply Base Regulatory Compliance - Works with suppliers to advise them of any governmental regulations at a regional, national and global level as well as policies and procedures pertaining to regulatory compliance for the materials and services they provide; obtains documentation from the supplier in order to document evidence of compliance.

Can take 30%+ for business travel

High requirement for English skill
