•Participate in large-scale or MNC office renovation/ expansion projects and provide professional IT advice to enhance future user experiences;

•Provide innovative ideas or create new business values on video/ audio conferencing systems. Setup our firm future meeting strategy / audio-visual facilities standard;

•Design & implement cloud-based collaboration tools;

•Manage multiple projects and good knowledge of IT infrastructure, data center, and structured cabling system in China & Hong Kong;

•Experience in Smart IoT devices;

•Good soft skills (communication & presentation) with internal stakeholders and external vendors;

•Be responsible for front-end interface compilation, realize interface effect and interaction, and cooperate with back-end developers to complete function development;

•Reporting to the Workspace Innovation lead.

•Bachelor degree holder, preferably with BBA, Engineering, Computer Science or closely related fields;

•Require more than 3-year experience in IT project management, front-end development, or marketing;

•Experience in cloud-based collaboration tools design & setup such as (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.) ;

•Experience with IT cabling management, IT data center management, future video/ audio conferencing, office meeting room facilities & in-house application development;

•With experience in one or more front-end programming languages/tools, including but not limited to CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, typescript, etc;

•Experience in client/ customer servicing is an ADVANTAGE;

•Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

•Require outstanding project management skills, good time management and able to handle rapid change;

•Candidate with less experience will also consider a project engineer.
