As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Install, configure, secure, manage, and maintain project hardware and software;

•Maintain network, virtualized servers and cloud infrastructure for the software delivery platform;

•Operate and maintain industry standard software tools for the build, installation, and configuration of software products developed on the Windows and Linux platform;

•Leads day-to-day activities for delivery team whilst ensuring alignment to software delivery processes/best practices;

•Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements;

•Provide, enforces and sets out delivery/development standards for teams to follow;

•Experience in production system support, operations preparation & planning develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures);

•Conduct proof of concept on new technologies, research on automation and best practice methods;

•Go-live and steady state monitoring: management, monitoring and improvement of the implementation phase with clear timelines and quality check points to ensure client satisfaction and profitable execution.

Requirements:

•Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in service delivery, and critical support environment;

•Working knowledge of Jenkins, Dockers, k8s, JavaScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch;

•Experience in DevOps or Azure Cloud environment is an advantage;

•Familiar with development methodologies such as SSDLC, Scrum, Agile;

•Familiar with certificate generation and conversion;

•Software applications implementation and/or support experience;

•Strong operational process management and frameworks;

•Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues. A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team, independently and under pressure;

•Customer focused and strives for high quality service & continuous improvement;

•Good English oral is prefer.
