A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

Our Systems Process and Quality team oversees all major functions of learning and development processes to ensure efficient delivery of quality materials to our internal partners. As part of the team, you’ll assist with the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the systems and processes that are used to run learning and development operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Combine creative flair and technical skills to develop web-based solution, in the form of web sites and digital media to support the learning needs from our China/Hong Kong staff;
• Perform hands-on programming from front-to-back using JavaScript framework such as Restful API, XML, Node JS, Angular JS, JQuery, vue JS), CSS, Html5, MSSQL, PHP, etc;
• Perform hands-on digital content development using authoring tools, such as Articulate suite*, Gomo Learning* and Adobe Cloud;
• Liaise with subject matter experts to engineer their knowledge and information into digital products;
• Collaborate with other specialists (videographers, designers, project managers) throughout the development cycle;
• Maintain best practice documentation;
• Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments occurring simultaneously;
• Coach other team members;
• Training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in software development/computer science/instructional/multimedia/web design and development or other relevant disciplines;
• At least one-year experience of web development in a commercial environment (fresh graduate and candidate with less experience will be considered the post at assistant officer level);
• Proficient in creating graphics and layouts using Adobe Cloud products;
• Ability to communicate fluently with in English and Putonghua;
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

A definite plus if you have experience in some of the below:

• Designing and developing elearning, web-based game, and/or mobile application;
• Experience in responsive design;
• Articulate Storyline, Rise, Gomo Learning;
• 3D/2D animations;
• SCORM, AICC and xAPI standards.
