工作职责:

ROLE SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the PHI - EM China Academy/Strategic Project manager is to implement capability skills training for the China market access colleagues at the market level by evaluating the skills, capabilities and experiences necessary, partner with PHI subject matter experts as needed and contribute to trainings, coursework and initiatives  with a focus on the priorities for the China market. The role will also support the China MA lead and team with strategic market access projects that are not adequately covered by the local China or PHI teams.

The primary responsibility of the PHI China Academy/Strategic Project manager is to evaluate the skills, capabilities and experiences necessary for in country China market access colleagues at the market level and then to implement appropriate trainings using PHI Academy resources (competency framework, CH&V core curriculum).

As the dynamic healthcare environment changes in China, this individual will implement training programs, workshops and initiatives to enable China market access colleagues to excel in negotiations skills, value proposition development, HTA, and stakeholder mapping

Partner with the EM Academy lead to execute tailored capability solutions for China

Translate digital learning solutions for China market access colleagues

The secondary responsibility of the role is to support he China MA lead and team with strategic project management for initiatives identified with the local team and PHI EM lead which are not covered locally or globally.

Strategic projects that are in scope but to be confirmed with local team are monitoring affordability projects, accelerating early pipeline requirements for China with global team and potential projects covering private market expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare environment , preferably pharmaceutical industry or related consulting services

Prior China market access experience preferred

Knowledge and understanding of China healthcare environment

Experience of working in a cross cultural environment

Track record of delivering results

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of team working in a matrix environment

Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions

Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

Outstanding writing and presentation skills in English and Chinee Mandarin language required

Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability for business challenges, think strategically and tackle complex problems

Intellectual curiosity and ability to support trends / patterns

Strong customer-orientation; an ability to see issues from the point of view of others
