Description:

1. Responsible for material replenishment. Manage proper inventory to support sales and improve OTDS in a sustained way.


2. Use MRP (right balance of Resource Vs Demand) to ensure stock availability on time at right place.


3. Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Planning Leader and Supply and Inventory Planner.


4. Place replenishment order in a smooth way to leverage supplier capacity


5. Manage both OG and IG import suppliers, improve ESSR/ISSR constantly.



6. Have knowledge on forecast management and capacity management, can predict risk to avoid shortage and overstock.



7. Build up strong connection with Upstream and Downstream supply chain.


8. Build up reasonable FG Inventory level to support business needs;


9. Focus on DC inventory control to meet customer requirement with target service level.


10. Drive projects to improve the whole supply chain.
