Providing Technical Support to APC by Schneider Electric customers and partners through telephone and other ways.

？ Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, web based incidents and prioritizing customer’s support needs.

？ Provide initial troubleshooting and support to APC by Schneider Electric’s power protection solutions and accessories, especially UPS and cooling product.

？Ongoing proactive research and learning about new products, technologies and applications.

？ According to required, Provide basic technical trainings to customers, resellers, distributors and internal staff.

？ Create videos, FAQs and other digital tools to build up the self-service data base for customer.Participate in the Customer Care Center's continuous improvement process.

Job qualifications :

？ Bachelor degree and major in electrical or power system.

？ At least 3 years experience in 3-phase and 1-phase power system onsite service or electrical design.

？ Good knowledge of electrical concepts/devices and electronics essential.

？ Good English skill.

？ Previous Call-Centre and UPS/cooling system experience desirable.

？ Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to learn quickly.

？ Good problem solving abilities and aptitude to understand and explain technical information.

？ Good interpersonal, communications and time management skills.

？ Customer service orientation.
