The Job: Operational procurement manager for Ax/Bx,K2/3 category in GSC China procurement team, this role to manage about 3 Billion annual spending and service for 20+ SE plants.
Location: Beijing or Shanghai
Description:

1. Develop and implement regional procurement strategy for metal material, stamping and sheet metal categories, to build robust supplier base to achieve business goals and contribute innovation in new offer creation.
2. Responsible for the overall performance of assigned categories, delivery sustainable competitive advantage in cost, quality, delivery and payment term.
3. Be responsible for relationship with critical suppliers, include supplier risk management, sustainable development and co-innovation.
4. Active communication with stakeholders to support business transforming, optimize work flow to fit for dynamic demanding from diversity business model.
5. To build up the market intelligence for assigned categories, to keep the continuous superiority in technical innovation.
6. Responsible for continuous cost down , leading negotiation events like PPD/ERA , boosting technical productivity opportunity and own the project progress.
7. To deploy procurement tools and solution in a digitize way.
8. Act as team people leader ,to develop team members and coach young talents ,build diversity and high performance team.
9. Ensure all contracts and behaviors are compliance to legal and procurement policy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachler’s degree, preferably in an engineering related field like machinal, molding or material science.
2. At least 8 years purchasing experience , know China supply market well , better to have team management experience in MNC.
3. Strategic thinking , self-motivated and result driven, decisive and gritty.
4. Can lead multi-sites team and cross function projects
5. Excellent stakeholder’s management skill and communication skill
