Pricing Management Platform BPO and PM Section Manager/Manager

Report to: China Pricing Controller

Collaborators: Offer management, Sales management, Global pricing, BU Pricing manager, PMS and BI project teams

Work base: Beijing or Shanghai

Travel requirement: Have but not frequent

Job Description:

- Business process owner of overall Pricing management, from Quotation to Order Booking

- Support BU to design and implement price management mechanism, including but not limited to process, tools and methodology

- Central champion of Pricing tool and BI tools, validate the effectiveness of system, and actively drive continuous improvement

- Group price project deployment

Qualifications:

- 3y+ project management and BPO experience

- 2y+ pricing related experience

- Offer or sales management experience is big plus

Skills & Abilities Required:

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different divisions to obtain information, meet deadlines and deliver high quality work

- Empowered to seek out the best solutions while providing a consistent level of trust, support, and promotion of your ideas

- Working independently as well as within teams to determine how to best accomplish and support the various needs of the position

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
