JOB Title: Financial Accounting Section Manager
Reports to: Accounting Competence Center Director
Location: Wuhan or Beijing
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control 25%
1.1 Build up quality assurance environment and sustain quality issues prevention.
1.2
1.3 Connect with SSC industry; maintain CACC overall image and competence level.
1.4 Establish structured Documentation System and standardize the management rules to ensure the documentation quality.
1.5 Set up Internal Control Executive System in line with KIC to ensure satisfied compliance and quality level.
1.6 Properly utilize 6 Sigma methodologies to continuously improve quality level.
2. Customer Service Excellence 30%
2.1 Participate in global CSE model setup and global communities.
2.2 According to global CSE guidelines, define China CSE implementation instruction and monitor the execution.
2.3 Organize customer events (FSD, Customer Open Day, Customer Survey etc.) to drive customer satisfaction improvement.
2.4 Optimize service portfolio, enrich and upgrade service catalogue.
2.5 Lead integration project to extend CACC business, achieve synergy and improve compliance level.
2.6 Coordinate Service Partnership Agreement covenant, update and communication.
3. Operation Excellence 30%
3.1 Ambassador and driver of Continuous Improvement and Lean Culture.
3.2 Lead CI projects to achieve efficiency and effectiveness enhancement.
3.3 Execute process audit to identify weakness and improvement opportunities.
3.4 Support Process &Operation Managers to optimize and implement processes.
3.5 Leverage IT enablers to quality and productivity.
3.6 Establish and implement Performance Measurement System to ensure overall targets achievement.
3.7 Support Process &Operation Managers to cascade KPIs to team and individual.
3.8
4. People management 10%
4.1 Lead diversified virtual teams (Lean Expert, Quality Control etc.) to extend skills and career opportunities of people.
4.2 Prepare development plan, coach and foster employee, develop talent pool for CACC.
4.3 Review and approve training plan for employee and make sure the implementation.
4.4 Conduct regular review and communication with the team.
4.5 Resources allocation and control.
5. Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned 5%

1.2 PMP/6 Sigma certifications is a plus.
