Job Description:

This role will report to the FP&A Leader for the Power Tools Group (PTG) and work closely with GTS Group & Corporate FP&A to help manage worldwide financial planning and analysis activities including our 3-year Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecast development, ongoing outlook performance and executive level communication and reporting. Will provide decision support for developing strategies to drive profitability, process efficiency and overall business improvement. Strong leadership and partnering skills are mandatory. Team development and insight generation are critical to success. The individual should have strong Finance experience and the ability to effectively work in a complex, matrix-management org-structure.

    

Specific responsibilities include:

    

• Business Unit FP&A support (Forecasts, Presentations, Corporate Support, Etc.)
• Developing analytical tools and recommending actionable insights
• Identifying and driving continuous process improvements
• Achieving annual business objectives, including annual Sales, OM, and WCT objectives
• Managing monthly/quarterly business forecasting rhythms
• Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of variances to actual results
• Long-term strategic plan development
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analytical support for strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Special projects, Etc.
