Summary:

• Financial Business Partner to Line of Business ( LOB)  leader and Global Engineer Service (GES) to drive and deliver Financial results
• Responsible for financial reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting
• Ensuring adequate financial controls are in place, and driving compliance to HON, PMT and HPS financial policies
• Driving process standardization and improvement
• Reporting to HPS China Sr. Finance Manager
  
  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive actions to achieve and exceed planned improvements in year over year revenue, net income, working capital and free cash flow. 
• Partner with Business Leader to drive strategic and operating plans and provide relevant data/guidance required to make key business decisions. 
• Own and execute business governance processes designed to deliver superior financial results. 
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analyses processes including consolidation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. 
• Track and advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance. 
• Provide leadership and insight during monthly operating reviews with HPS leadership team, LOB APAC and global management teams
• Drive and track business growth and productivity initiatives
• Partner with sales, marketing, product management and logistics to resolve various business process issues. Provide GES leader with detailed cost analysis and simulation analysis for future new business development.
• Continue to drive cost efficiency and business process to support GES’s further expansion.
• liaise with local gov’t agencies on tax and tariff reporting and incentives; supporting regular local tax and gov’t agencies required reporting.
• Maintain good relationships with all related government regulatory bodies to reduce the operation risks of the legal entity.
• Other cross-lob tasks assigned by HPS FD, business leaders and AP finance leaders;
  
  

Qualifications: 

Basic Requirements: 

• 6+ years Finance experience, with 3+ Yrs commercial Finance experience in MNC
• Education Required Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required:

ü  Managerial / Financial Accounting,

ü  Strong analytically and developed business acumen.

ü  Project accounting knowledge and experience preferred

ü  SAP/Oracle, Hyperion system experience preferred

• Behavioral Competencies Required.

ü    Strong Business Partnering.

ü    Strong verbal and written communication skills in a global environment.

ü    Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions.

• Language Requirements.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
