职位描述
Main responsible for Office Operations (80%)
? To provide day-to-day administration support and services to the overall plant administration, including one or more of the following e.g. reception phone, office facilities & equipment maintenance, stationery, office logistics safety stock, express transceiver, name card, document chop…etc.
? Visitors Reception, including visa application documents for overseas visitors, receive/ transfer dial-in calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner, provide meeting support for VIP visitors.
? Monthly supplier payment request and bill check.
? Support office manager to deal with EH&S activity, such as PPE distribution, facility cleaning monitoring and security.
? Support admin works for facility projects.
? Others admin works.
Other tasks (20%)
-to support internal Meeting/Event Planning (15%)
? Support office manager to execute regular events, such as quarterly meeting, monthly meeting, internal relationship event, annual meeting, RSMs quarterly meeting…etc.
-to support Indirect Sourcing (5%)
? Support procurement manager to filing supplier/HCP master file, contract, bidding documents…etc.
任职资格:
? More than 2-3 years working experience on the position of receptionist or office Administrator in multiple international companies, familiar with office administration service providing and standard.
? Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, Strong command of written and spoken English is preferred.
? Strong general computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
? Must have demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
? High team work spirit.
? Willing to learn.
