JOB TITLE: EIT TRAINEE_FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Purpose：

Responsible for successful completion of the EIT trainee program, meet requirements of an entry level Network service engineer, including field service and technical support for Network&Security products including Switch, Wireless, Firewall,Server products startup works and troubleshooting on site, as well as customer training.

Job Assignment:

?Responsible for providing on-site Network&Security Assessment&Design. Implement,commissioning,troubleshooting and validation as well as technical support on Network Service&Security projects to customers

?Responsible for external customer training conduction in China

?Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication to product Business Units

?Customer Industry network periodical maintenance and examination

?Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared

?Ensure services implementation follows the procedure of CSM standard

?Deliver the assigned services on time with good quality/cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualification:

?Good knowledge in Information technology and network products(Switch,Wireless,firewall,Server,Virtualization and Cybersecurity)

?Intermediate level of expertise in IIoT Architecture, a basic understanding of Automation and information(PLC, HMI, Drive, Networks)

?Ability to work well in a team environment

?Able and willing to travel or work in site environment

?Strong communications are essential

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Education requirement:

?Degree: Master (1st choice), Bachelor (2nd choice, in remote areas)

?Major: Information engineering, Information and Control, Automation, Electrical Engineering
