该职位主要服务于工厂（含办公室）的日常运行支持；

包括定期工单/FMP系统更新维护，

FM 对外付款申请，房租，水电，文具，饮水等

IFM PO申请，保洁，绿植，虫控，和设施维护

行政服务，会议支持等。

 

简历要求：

要求2年以上行政工作经验；

英文书写和简单口语交流能力；

积极主动

较好沟通能力

电脑熟练使用/outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint
