职位概要

北京环球度假区诚聘信息技术弱电系统工程师。该工程师将负责北京环球主题公园和度假区基础设施解决方案的交付。该职位人员应具备智能建筑、数据中心、布线系统和视频监控/门禁系统的建设、实施、交付、维护等方面的实践经验。

 

岗位职责

主要技术领域包括以下方面的建设、维护和支持:

1, 数据中心持续支持。

2, 门禁系统的实施、交付和持续支持。

*尤其对Lenel门禁系统大规模（2000门禁点位以上）应用场景，后台Onguard 7.5及Onguard 7.6系统及前端设备，深入了解，熟练操作，各种故障的排除具有经验丰富。

3, 视频监控管理系统的实施、交付和持续支持。

4, 布线系统维护和持续支持。

5, 与其它内部团队和总承包商合作，为安防、布线提供基础设施解决方案；

6, 制定和管理运维标准、计划和流程；

7, 现场交付，需要协调不同的集成商和总承包商，以推动解决方案在现场正确交付；

8, 弱电系统的日常操作；

9, 监控性能，并提供状态更新和优化解决方案；

10, 评估风险并有效制定缓解计划；

11, 交付高质量、可伸缩和可维护的基础设施；

12, 评估各种框架、技术和平台，以交付国际级的系统和基础设施；

13, 完成分配的其他任务。      

    他/她将与设计团队、技术部门、公园运营团队、酒店运营团队和第三方紧密合作，设计并满足他们的需求。他/她还需要与主要的承包商合作，并管理其他特定的集成商，以确保所有的IT基础设施部署的准确性和良好的质量控制。

    这是IT基础设施团队的关键职位，应聘者需要具备在高度复杂和动态工作环境中有效和积极工作的能力。他/她将需要在一个复杂的环境中平衡各项工作的优先级，并确保各项工作正常推进。

 

任职资格

? 至少8年技术支持经验:

1) 数据中心基础设施系统

2) 布线基础设施系统

3) 监控基础设施系统

4) 门禁基础设施系统

5) 其它弱电基础设施系统

? 较强的分析能力，研究和测试解决方案的能力，较强的计划和项目协调能力。

? 较强的解决复杂技术问题的能力。

? 熟悉该领域的各种概念、实践和流程。

? 必须能够与团队成员一起工作，并能独立工作。

? 较强的书面和口头商务沟通能力。

? 语言——英文可以作为工作语言。

? 注册建造师（机电）、PMP认证者优先。

? Lenel门禁控制专业认证者优先。

 

教育背景

计算机科学、电子工程或相关学士学位，至少10年相关工作经验。

 

Job Summary

Universal Beijing Resort is seeking an IT ELV System Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for delivery of Infrastructure solution for the Universal Beijing Theme Park & Resort. This role will be a mix of hands-on experience in the construction, implementation, delivery and maintenance of smart buildings, data centers (DC), cabling systems and video management system (VMS)/access control systems (ACS).

Major Responsibilities

Technical Areas of Focus includes the construction, maintenance, and support of:

?             DC ongoing support.

?             ACS implementation, delivery and ongoing support.

*Especially for large-scale Lenel ACS (over 2000 access control doors) application scenarios, back-end OnGuard 7.5 and OnGuard 7.6 system and front-end equipment, he/her has in-depth understanding, skilled operation, and rich experience in troubleshooting.

?             VMS implementation, delivery and ongoing support.

?             Cabling system maintenance and ongoing support.

?             Partner with other internal teams and General Contractors to deliver infrastructure solutions for Security System and Cabling System.

?             Develop & manage operation standard, plan and process.

?             Field delivery, and need to coordinate among different integrators and GCs to drive solution delivered properly in field.

?             Daily operation and maintenance of ELV system.

?             Monitoring performance, and provide status updates and optimization solution.

?             Evaluate risk(s) and effectively create mitigation plans.

?             Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Infrastructure.

?             Evaluate various frameworks, technology and platforms to deliver world-class systems & infrastructure.

?             Perform other duties as assigned.

S/he will work closely with the design team, tech service department, park operation team, hotel operation team and third parties to design and full fill their requirement. S/he also needs to cooperate with major contractors and manage other specific integrators to make sure all IT infrastructure to de deployed accurate with good quality control.

This is a key position in IT Infrastructure team and will require an individual that can work effectively & positively in a highly complex and dynamic working environment. S/he will be asked to balance a broad set of priorities and ensure progress is made on all tracks of work.

Qualifications

?             Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, electronic engineering or related field, and minimum 10 years related work experience required.

?             Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supporting following technologies:

1. Data Center Infrastructure System
2. Cabling Infrastructure System
3. VMS Infrastructure System
4. ACS Infrastructure System
5. Others ELV Infrastructure System

?             Strong analytical skills, ability to research and test solutions, strong planning and project coordination skills.

?             Strong ability to solve complex technical issues

?             Familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures in IT infrastructure industry.

?             Must be able to work with team members and work independently

?             Strong written and verbal business communication skills.

?             Language – fluent oral and written English & Chinese skill.

?             Registered qualification certificate constructor (electromechanical), PMP certification will be preferred.

?             Lenel Certified Professional in Access Control will be preferred.

Education
