Main tasks:

§ Lead training activities:

- Annual training and development projects & Monthly Training Schedule;

- Training and development Implementation & monthly data analysis;

- Internal trainer identification, development and rewarding;

- Training materials management;

- Training and development catalog, material and records management;

- Training Evaluation;

- Training system (LMS etc.) maintenance & improvement;

- Training agent selection and evaluation; training agent/trainer database maintenance

§ Formulate and implement policies, development program and curricula based on knowledge and understanding of business objectives, departmental needs, business systems or changes in products, procedures or services, which may impact related training needs.

§ Coordinate with HR team in BG Asia build up the concept for Training and Development

§ Evaluate company talent development needs according to business strategy. Interfaces with management to understand and provide training and development projects consistent with company needs.

§ Work with external experts and act as internal consultant for any internal training and development needs.

§ Training and development budget forecast and management.

§ Act as internal trainer on HR/general soft skill related training

Qualification:

§ Required experience:

§ Min. 3-4 years’experience in related region in MNCs, automotive industry would be a plus.

§ HR training related experience is preferrable

§ Good planning, organizing and coordination skills for training and development activities.

§ Be able to look for root cause to achieve continuous improvement

§ Able to operate within different cultures and nationalities.

§ Strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
