工作职责Responsibilities

1.全面协助上级完成项目模块装船管理和协调工作；Assist the Upper lead to perform management of project modules loadout management and coordination.

2.协助上级负责组织执行公司所有项目管理相关规定；Assist the Upper lead to organize and implement all project management regulations of the company;

Assist the Upper lead to communicate with Client, coordinate with the functional departments to complete the relevant tasks, and achieve the quality, HSE, schedule, cost control objectives and other management objectives set by the project;

Responsible for organizing the technical, quality and safety disclosure of the project, coordinating the work between the production department and the cooperative units to ensure the completion of the project objectives;

Responsible for rganizing and coordinating of loadout and relevent actitivities.

Responsible for projects loadout plan and status reports and perform reporting work.

Responsible for organizing relevant departments to sort out and compile all kinds of completion documents, including materials, drawings, project summary, task completion status and all kinds of special reports, and hand them over, Accumulate project organizational process assets

Assist the Upper lead in change management. Including organizing the project change negotiation with the owner and subcontractor, managing and controlling internal and external changes, timely submitting the change confirmation, organizing the relevant units to negotiate contract disputes and claims, and urging the timely collection of progress payment.

Major in engineering design, construction and management;Level II or above registered construction engineer, or the PMP Certificate, or other Equivalent project management certificate is a plus.

Familiar with company culture, enterprise management process, project management process and methods, familiar with domestic and international laws and regulations related to engineering.
