1． 按计划实施设备维护保养和大修理，配合设备工程师做好设备管理工作，确保生产设备正常运行，减少设备故障，停机故障率控制在规定的范围内，以达到公司OPS指标；

2． 根据公司设备维护保养、抢修等工作需要，加工并提供合格的维修零件，确保设备在受控的情况下正常、安全地运行；

3． 执行完成维修工程师安排的各项维修工作内容；

4． 并对设备突发性故障进行抢修，确保设备正常运作；

5． 完成场地的改造和设备的安装任务；

6． 协助开展TPM工作；

具备资质：

1、电工需要高/低压电工证书

2、职高以上学历

3、主动学习，沟通协调能力，注意细节，团队合作能力，创新能力。
