职位名称：机械调试负责人

Title：Mechanical Commissioning Lead

• 负责机械调试文件的编制工作；负责机械调试计划制定和进度控制；负责机械调试的前期准备工作；负责机械调试工作的现场实施；负责机械专业的调试报验和尾项处理；协助调试经理和调试主管完成其他工作。
• Responsible for the preparation of Mechanical commissioning documents; responsible for making Mechanical commissioning plan and schedule control; responsible for the preparatory work of mechanical commissioning; responsible for the site implementation of mechanical commissioning; responsible for the commissioning inspection and handling of punch items; assist the commissioning manager or commissioning supervisor to complete other work.
• 负责所参与项目机械专业的预调试和调试工作；             
• Responsible for the Mechanical pre-commissioning & commissioning in project
• 负责制定项目的机械调试工作计划；
• Be responsible for making the Mechanical commissioning schedule.
• 负责机械调试技术文件的编制、校对与审核工作；
• Be responsible for the preparation, check and review of the Mechanical commissioning documents.
• 负责所参与项目机械调试准备工作，如测试设备、调试材料和资源等等；
• Be responsible for the preparation of Mechanical commissioning, such as test equipment, material, resources, etc. 
• 负责现场机械调试工作的组织和具体实施；
• Be responsible for Organization and implementation of on-site Mechanical commissioning;
• 负责所参与项目的调试管理工作；
• Responsible for the commissioning management in project.
• 负责机械调试计划的执行和质量控制；
• Responsible for the execution of commissioning plan and quality control in project.
• 识别、消减和控制本专业的管理风险和技术风险；
• Identify, reduce and control the risk of management and technical of Mechanical.
• 负责与业主、项目组与详细设计等各方面的沟通协调；
• Be responsible for communication and coordination with client, PMT, detailed design and other departments.
• 协助调试经理完成其他项目调试工作；
• Assist the commissioning manager to complete other work in project.
• 负责投标阶段机械调试的投标工作；
• Responsible for the bidding work of mechanical commissioning in bidding stage;
• 完成调试主管安排的其他工作。
• Complete the temporary work assigned by Commissioning supervisor.
  

 

 

• 大学本科及以上Bachelor degree or above  

• 机械专业、机电专业或相关专业Mechanical, electromechanical or related.  

• 熟悉机械设备原理和机械调试流程Familiar with the principle of mechanical equipment and mechanical pre-commissioning/commissioning  process  

• 5年以上机械调试工作经验5+ years working experience in mechanical commissioning  

• 英语可作工作语言 Fluent oral English
