Summary岗位概述:

1. Management of multiple strategic new product development (NPD) programs as part of a world-class engineering center for fire security products.
2. Leading NPD project teams comprised of design, product management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and other functions. Both team members and stakeholders located in different locations inside and/or outside China.
3. He / she will be part of our program management function and will work closely with the engineering teams to develop the next generation of world-class fire security products for both China and global segments.
4. This person will also be tasked with developing program management methodology as core competency within the business.
5. Reports to FSP Asia PMO Manager.

                        

    

Accountabilities基本职责:

1. Program management of top priority NPD programs for Asia Fire & Security business. Programs to include new products with global market scope and localization of existing fire product offerings for Asia. Programs categorized as strategic and critical to future business growth by senior management.
2. Achieve key program deliverables including performance, schedule & cost objectives. Be able to work with local and global project teams in an efficiency and effective way, and fully responsible for project implementation and deliverables.
3. Manage the project budget and ensure project purchase and cost healthy and under control.
4. Coordinate proactively and efficiently with internal cross-functions including marketing/sales /Finance / quality and external customers / partners to ensure the required resources and support in place to drive progress with positive results.
5. Deal with the sudden situation and lead the team to resolve the issues in the daily operation.
6. Prepare and present regular reports/milestone review to senior management team and other key stakeholders.

                            

    

Qualification & Requirement任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or project/product management preferred.
2. At least 3-5 years’ work experiences as project manager or product manager in a multinational corporation.
3. Experience in electronics design and/or manufacturing is preferred.
4. Experience managing new product development / introduction projects is highly required.
5. Ability to lead projects with team members in multiple locations globally. Strong communication/coordination/influence skills are required.
6. Both process & result oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a challenging situation.
7. A self-motivator, problem solver, fast learner, open-minded, collaborative. Strong sense of responsibility and for making decisions.
8. Fluent English skill both for oral and writing are mandatory.
9. Domestic travels at medium frequency are required.
10. PMP/PgMP/NDPD /ACP credential holders are preferred.
