Responsibilities:
- To carry out application support and service of all EUROIMMUN automation products on site or by remote way
- To carry out the Instrument promotion and training for the external and internal customers
- Be responsible for the translation and collation of technical information
- Provide technical information or parameters for marketing and sales team, to help sales team to promote the product
- Collect and analyze the request of the Lab automation product, feedback to R&D for new product development

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Laboratory Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Computer, Automation, Electro mechanics
-CET6 or above, fluent in both written and verbal English
- 2 + years technical support experiences in medical instrument field. Be familiar with the procedure of Clinical Laboratory
- Good skills in communication, analyzing and solving problems and strong service consciousness; be able to work under pressure
-Excellent team work and cooperation spirit, and high execution
-Adapted to travel to a certain extent


岗位职责:
-负责对仪器与软件产品的应用支持，解决客户疑难问题
-负责仪器与软件产品推广，内外部客户培训等
-负责技术资料的翻译和整理，展会讲解
-为销售团队提供特定产品系列的技术信息和培训，协助销售团队开展产品技术推广工作
-实验室自动化产品的需求分析，新产品开发

任职要求:
-医学检验，生物医学工程，计算机，自动化，机械/电子专业本科及以上学历
-英语6级及以上，良好的英文读写及口语能力
-2年以上 医疗仪器技术支持工作经验，熟悉检验科或临床实验室工作流程
-良好的沟通技巧，分析问题和解决问题的能力及较强的服务意识；能够在压力下工作
-良好的团队合作意识及高的执行力
-可适应一定程度的差旅工作
